The selected candidate will be responsible for essential tasks within an industrial printing facility. Key responsibilities include preparing and feeding machines with the necessary materials for printing, ensuring a consistent workflow. The candidate will also support finishing and post-press lines, where final adjustments to the product are made before dispatch. A key aspect of the role is visual quality control, inspecting printed materials to identify potential faults or defects. Additionally, the candidate must maintain order and cleanliness in their work area, organizing tools and materials to facilitate daily tasks and contribute to a safe working environment. This role operates within a team where collaboration and initiative are essential. It is an operational position integral to the production process, involving manual and repetitive tasks requiring attention to detail and commitment to the established production pace. A positive attitude, strong commitment, and clear willingness to perform physical labor and work collaboratively are required. Full availability to work rotating shifts covering morning and afternoon shifts on weekdays is essential. Prior experience or general knowledge of industrial production environments and production lines will be considered a strong advantage.
