Your mission You will be part of the production team, contributing to the manufacturing of large-scale wind turbine blades in one of the following sections: lamination, repair, painting, or assembly. We seek individuals committed to quality and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities * Adhere to safety regulations in all tasks, using the provided personal protective equipment (PPE). . Work within teams of 7 to 20 operators in industrial processes. * Follow manufacturing procedures and quality standards. * Conduct self-inspections of tasks and, occasionally, use measuring instruments. * Share suggestions or concerns to improve safety, well-being, quality, cycle times, or costs. What are we looking for? * Compulsory Secondary Education. * Spanish language proficiency (speaking and reading comprehension). English is considered a plus. * Responsibility, commitment, and orientation toward safety and quality. * Strong teamwork skills. * Availability to perform tasks involving material handling, prolonged standing, and piece manipulation using appropriate safety equipment. * Experience in industrial environments (preferred). * Good physical condition.
