**PRODUCTION / OPERATIONS MANAGER – MUSIC INDUSTRY (VINYL)** We are seeking an experienced professional in production management and process coordination to lead the day-to-day operations of our vinyl record manufacturing. We are a growing company within the music industry and are looking for an organized, solution-oriented individual capable of coordinating across multiple areas: clients, production, suppliers, and internal teams. ***Key Responsibilities:*** End-to-end order management, from receipt through to delivery. Production coordination and daily work planning. Material, documentation, and manufacturing timeline control. Quality supervision, pressing, packaging, and shipping. Client communication and incident resolution. Administrative management using tools such as Odoo, Notion, and Excel. Proposal of process and internal organizational improvements. ***We are looking for someone with:*** Experience in production, operations, team coordination, or project management. Ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously. Attention to detail and quality orientation. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
