You will ensure required functionality, service quality, optimal customer service, and maximum operational efficiency. Among your responsibilities, you will: * Lead the evolution of business systems and processes within your area of responsibility. * Define technological strategies and roadmaps for implementing solutions. * Identify and prioritize business needs, transforming them into high-value technological initiatives. * Guarantee the quality, stability, and functionality of systems and services delivered, ensuring information security throughout the application lifecycle—including adequate testing, regulatory compliance, secure vendor management, and incident reporting. * Coordinate participation of multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with different business areas. * Drive continuous process improvement and optimization of technological solutions. * Participate in international projects, ensuring alignment among business, processes, and technology. * Promote operational efficiency and customer orientation across all initiatives developed. **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics. * A postgraduate degree or master’s in Artificial Intelligence, Data & Analytics, Digital Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, or related disciplines is highly valued (desirable). * Global business vision. * Knowledge of the energy sector. * Advanced functional and technical knowledge of business systems and processes, as well as the productive lifecycle of IT solutions: testing, deployment, monitoring, and evolution of solutions. * Knowledge of full-stack architecture (data platforms, APIs, system integration, etc.), data engineering, and AI solution development. * Ability to lead teams and mobilize people. * Proactivity, initiative, and results orientation. * High adaptability and versatility to respond to changing environmental demands. * Excellent coordination, communication, and collaborative working skills. **Required Experience** ------------------------- * Minimum 5 years’ experience preferred in strategy and design of operational systems solutions. * Experience coordinating or participating in international project teams is also valued. **What do we offer?** * Join an internationally present company with over 40,000 employees. * Grow within a world-leading renewable energy company committed to combating climate change. * Competitive salary, social benefits, and work-life balance measures.
