Interdisciplinary collaboration and focus on well-being **Job Description** We seek to hire **geriatric caregivers** for our residential facilities. Your role will be to accompany residents in their daily lives, support basic activities of daily living, and contribute to maintaining a coexistence environment grounded in respect, joy, and closeness. **Main Responsibilities:** * Accompany and support residents in basic activities of daily living (personal hygiene, dressing, feeding, mobility, rest). * Observe and communicate any relevant changes in physical or emotional condition to the interdisciplinary team. * Collaborate in the safe mobilization and transfer of residents within the facility and during community activities. * Support meal supervision and dietary adherence according to established guidelines. * Contribute to maintaining a clean, orderly, and comfortable environment in cohabitation units. * Promote warm and professional interactions in all situations under a high-quality care model. **Requirements** -------------- **Education:** * Vocational Training Cycle in Care for Dependent Individuals, or * Professional Certification in Socio-Healthcare for Dependent Individuals in Social Institutions (SSCS0208\). **Experience:** * Prior direct-care experience in residential or socio-healthcare facilities is desirable. **Personal Competencies:** * Responsibility and commitment. * Empathy and active listening skills. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Positive and cheerful attitude, capable of fostering a friendly and collaborative atmosphere. * Focus on well-being and quality of life for individuals. **Other:** * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and/or night).
