The candidate will be responsible for defining scalable document-based data models, optimizing database performance, and collaborating on integration with Big Data ecosystems. **Your responsibilities** ------------- * Design and optimize document-based data models on **MongoDB Atlas**. * Define indexing, query, and performance strategies using the **Aggregation Framework** and analytical tools. * Design architectures leveraging **Sharding**, **Change Streams**, and advanced storage strategies. * Model complex, large-volume datasets. * Collaborate on integrating MongoDB with data platforms such as **Spark** or **Databricks**. * Participate in defining best practices for modeling, performance, and scalability. **Your profile** ------------- * Production experience with **MongoDB Atlas**. * Knowledge of document modeling, indexing, and query optimization. * Experience with **Sharding**, **Change Streams**, and MongoDB storage strategies. * Ability to design solutions for large-scale, high-performance data environments. * **Desirable** * Integration of **MongoDB with Spark or Databricks**. * Experience in banking, insurance, or regulated sectors. * **MongoDB Certified Developer** or **MongoDB Certified DBA** certifications. \#babel **What do we offer?** **Babel, the great way to achieve the success.** Do you want to join an expanding, committed, and innovative team that makes history every day?
