L&D TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT INTERNSHIP We are seeking a candidate interested in Training and Development who will support the creation of training materials, communicate directly with the Retail Management team, prepare the necessary documentation for training subsidies, and participate in organizing training sessions to ensure adherence to scheduled deadlines. * Training o Assist in organizing training activities and plans (groups, venues, materials, trainers, travel). o Coordinate with stores to collect required information. * Fundae o Prepare all documentation required for each training session. o Collect signed documentation and prepare required documentation for closing subsidized training. o Support stores in managing subsidized training. * Onboarding and Training Plan o Prepare onboarding documentation for new employees. o Assist in developing training plans. * Store Openings o Support planning of training activities for store openings Educational Requirements: o Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Labor Relations and Human Resources (with expected graduation date approximately aligned with the end of the internship period), or a Master's degree in Human Resources or an official Master's in Work Psychology. o Intermediate English level, B2\. o Advanced proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Desirable Qualifications: o Strong communication and influence skills; excellent planning and organizational competencies. o Teamwork orientation. o Exceptional customer service orientation. o Knowledge of Canva. o Portuguese language proficiency.
