You will join a young and dynamic team with a strong continuous improvement mindset and an excellent working environment. **What do we need?** At Ediversa, we seek to hire a Project Manager to manage and coordinate digital projects, acting as the liaison point between clients, technical teams, design, and business units. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper planning, execution, and delivery of projects, controlling scope, timelines, risks, priorities, and quality. **Your main functions and responsibilities will be:** * Manage digital projects from requirements gathering through to production deployment. * Coordinate multidisciplinary development, design, UX/UI, systems, and business teams. * Analyze client needs and translate them into clear functional requirements. * Define scope, planning, milestones, and priorities for each project. * Create, organize, and track tasks, user stories, and acceptance criteria. * Monitor deadlines, resources, dependencies, risks, and deviations. * Maintain smooth communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. * Organize follow-up meetings and document agreements and decisions. * Supervise delivery quality and coordinate functional validations. * Manage incidents, change requests, and new requirements. * Participate in the continuous improvement of processes, methodologies, and management tools. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Digital Project Manager, or in a similar role (minimum 2 years). * Experience managing web projects, applications, or digital products. * Ability to analyze and document functional requirements. * Experience coordinating technical and multidisciplinary teams. * Knowledge of agile methodologies, especially Scrum or Kanban. * Proficiency with project and task management tools such as Jira, Trello, Zoho Projects, or similar. * Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills. * Excellent communication and client management skills. * Ability to anticipate risks, solve problems, and make decisions. * High proficiency in Catalan and Spanish. **Preferred qualifications:** * Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Software Development, or related fields. * Prior software development experience or technical knowledge. * Knowledge of web technologies, APIs, databases, integrations, and cloud environments. * Experience in digital agencies, technology consultancies, or software development companies. * Experience managing budgets, estimates, and project profitability. * Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, PMP, or similar. * Experience using product analytics and tracking tools. **Competencies:** * Autonomy and proactivity. * Results orientation. * Leadership and coordination ability. * Analytical thinking. * Attention to detail. * Negotiation skills. * Customer orientation. * Adaptability to diverse projects and contexts. **What we offer:** * Join a specialized team focused on digital projects. * Participate in projects across various sectors and for diverse clients. * A collaborative, multidisciplinary work environment. * Autonomy and decision-making authority over assigned projects. * Opportunities for professional development and growth. * Continuous training. * Permanent contract. * Full-time position. * Hybrid work model. * Immediate incorporation. * Full-time salary range: between €40,000 and €45,000 per year. * Offices located in central Barcelona.
