Acquisition of practical insight into HR operations **Job Description** ------------------- ### **Internship Offer – Training and HR Area \| Capgemini** At **Capgemini**, we are looking for **interns** studying **Psychology, Pedagogy, Master's in Human Resources**, or candidates with interest in the **HR field**, to join our **Training team**. The selected candidate will be part of the Training department and collaborate on various tasks and projects, gaining practical insight into HR operations within a multinational company. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Management and coordination of **course sessions**. * Management of **documentation related to subsidies**. * **Attendee follow-up** and participation tracking. * Collaboration in **certification management** and approval tracking. * Support in **other tasks typical of the Training Department**. #### **Candidate Profile:** * Undergraduate or Master’s students in **Psychology, Pedagogy, HR**, or related fields. * Currently enrolled in studies enabling the signing of a **6-month internship agreement**. * Interest in the **Human Resources and Training** area. * Organized, proactive individual eager to learn.
