Now, we’re looking for a **Finance Manager** to strengthen our Finance team in Barcelona and help drive excellence in financial operations. If you’re a hands\-on finance professional with a passion for accuracy, solid knowledge of accounting, taxes and a leadership mindset \- this is your opportunity to make an impact in an international environment. ##### **About the role** As **Finance Manager**, you will report directly to the **Finance Director of DFDS Spain** and play a key role in ensuring high\-quality financial operations and reporting, tax compliance, and team leadership. You’ll act as a trusted partner across the business, ensuring our accounting processes are robust, compliant, and continuously improving. ##### **What you’ll be doing** * Ensure accuracy of accounting records (Balance Sheet, P\&L, accruals, etc.) * Lead **month\-end, quarter\-end, and year\-end closing processes** * Perform financial analysis and ensure data integrity * Prepare and present **financial statements and annual accounts** * Take full ownership of **tax compliance** (VAT, Corporate Tax, Forms 111, 115, etc.) * Liaise with HQ Finance, auditors, and external stakeholders * Oversee **credit control and cash flow management** * Lead or support **ERP implementation and finance transformation projects** * Strengthen **internal controls and accounting procedures** * Manage and develop the **accounting team** ##### **Who we’re looking for** You are an ambitious and detail\-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, international environment.
