Job Description: **What will you do?** As the **eCommerce Trade \& Campaigns Manager**, you will manage strategic initiatives within our Iberian eCommerce team (**Spain** and **Portugal**). You will create and manage various marketing campaigns to accelerate our customers' sell\-out, closely aligning with our business priorities and local product teams. Another key responsibility will be developing digital transformation projects across existing eCommerce platforms, implementing new technologies (e.g., product selectors, APIs, pixel/cookie integrations for digital campaigns, etc.) to ensure Schneider Electric’s strong market positioning and simplify our customers’ user experience. To achieve this, you will coordinate and lead multiple initiatives executed by our local and global technical teams. In this role, your major challenge will be to **connect eCommerce campaigns with our digital ecosystem**, enabling traceability of our marketing actions so that we can make more data\-driven decisions in the future. **Key Responsibilities and Functions:** * Ensure our customers’ sell\-out via their eCommerce portals * Create campaigns aligned with our local priorities * Present campaigns to our customers for future execution * Actively listen and prepare campaigns based on our customers’ needs * Organize and track a quarterly campaign calendar * Develop innovative initiatives jointly with the Iberian eCommerce team * Manage projects related to technical implementations within Schneider Electric’s eCommerce ecosystem, collaborating with global and local technical teams * Conduct weekly/monthly performance reviews with our customer portfolio to assess active campaign performance * Present innovative and technological initiatives to our customers to secure future implementation in their systems, always providing support and leading the project across technical and commercial teams * Analyze and optimize campaigns; make quick decisions that positively impact the business * Collaborate with the marketing department to create assets used in campaigns (External) English Qualifications: **Who are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred, with specialization in **Business**, **Digital Marketing**, or a related field * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an online commerce–related role * Prior knowledge of the Spanish electrical sector, its channels, and key stakeholders is preferred * Customer motivation and orientation as the central focus and primary objective of all our actions, along with customer business development * Goal orientation and negotiation capability * Passion for technology, the digital economy, and business model transformation; open mindset toward innovation; focus on online sales and innovative solutions * Up-to-date awareness of and advocacy for technological and digital disruptions in energy management and automation, and their impact on sustainability and lifecycle efficiency of projects * Build medium- and long-term strategic relationships with C\-Level executives at assigned customers * Ability to empathize with people and build strong rapport with customers, as well as collaborate effectively internally and externally across different organizational levels * Motivation for continuous learning; analytical and process improvement implementation capability * Proficiency and ambition to use digital tools and platforms such as office suites, Teams, CRM (Salesforce), SAP, LinkedIn, Magento, Mockup, GA4, SEO, etc. * Strong listening skills and ability to anticipate our customers’ needs * High willingness to work in collaborative and matrixed environments * Prior experience with customers and/or online sales is a plus * Advanced English proficiency * Valid driver’s license * Willingness to travel occasionally across the Iberian territory Local Benefits (English): At Schneider, we believe that every employee is a talent who deserves equal opportunities.
