Grifols Institute is a company specialized in the research, development, and production of purified plasma proteins with therapeutic properties obtained from human plasma fractionation. Within its Production area, we are seeking to hire a Dosage Operator. Your responsibilities You will operate peripheral units, manage operating system and program messages, and prioritize tasks according to established schedules. You will perform physical, chemical, or biological analyses in the laboratory and/or field under supervision, including equipment maintenance, reagent preparation, sample collection, and calculations. You will carry out industrial craft-related tasks with full proficiency and the ability to lead their execution. You will monitor, regulate, and track industrial processes at any stage of the production process, demonstrating initiative and analytical reasoning. You will ensure necessary documentation remains up to date and follow established workplace procedures. You will perform tasks related to material washing and preparation, sterilization processes, and aseptic processes. Who you are To successfully perform this role, a person must be able to satisfactorily fulfill the responsibilities outlined above. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, education, and/or abilities required. Role adaptations may be made to enable persons with functional diversity to perform the job duties. You hold a vocational training qualification (CFGM/CFGS) or higher education degree in Chemistry, with experience in production areas within the Chemical/Pharmaceutical sector and knowledge of GMPs. We also value user-level proficiency in MS Office. You are an enthusiastic and committed individual.
