Knowledge of Power BI is considered a plus. * **Required Competencies/Skills**: We seek a committed, communicative individual with attention to order and quality, strong teamwork abilities, initiative, perseverance, achievement orientation, and openness to learning. Discretion and confidentiality are essential. **What Will You Do During This Internship?** --------------------------------- * Participate in data analysis related to the Organization and Compensation area, supporting internal and external reporting. * Collaborate in Mapfre’s organizational structure process and participate in workforce analysis, with special emphasis on professional development, using metrics, historical data, and analytical models. * Support workforce optimization projects and management of company structural dynamism. * Provide support in using global personnel management tools, as required. * Collaborate in designing, implementing, and monitoring the global compensation policy, and track trends and regulatory changes in compensation matters. **Data Protection** ----------------------- We are diverse — and uniquely so!
