Send us your application! **What would your typical day look like?** * Assist in preparing customs declarations, updating data, and performing other daily administrative tasks as needed * Process customs documents with official government agencies * Interact with both internal and external customers via phone or email, proficiently in at least two languages: Spanish and English * Respond to customer calls regarding shipment clearance or addressing questions about customs procedures * Collaborate with other departments within the company—primarily Billing and Operations—to deliver high-quality customer service * Work collaboratively with colleagues at your site to achieve company objectives, delivering the best possible worldwide shipping service while ensuring compliance with customs regulations * In summary: You are proactive and organized!
