As a leader in the defense sector, we aim to strengthen our team with an experienced Composite Production Technician skilled in advanced manufacturing processes, to join a strategic project involving the structural fabrication and assembly of drones. Your mission will be to participate in the fabrication, machining, and assembly of composite material components, ensuring required quality and precision standards.
**What You’ll Do:**
Fabrication of composite parts using manual lay-up, infusion, and vacuum and autoclave curing processes.
High-precision machining: cutting, drilling, and milling of composite materials.
Structural assembly of drones and assembly of fuselages and subassemblies.
Interpretation of technical drawings and tolerance control throughout the production process.
Use, adjustment, and basic maintenance of manufacturing tools and equipment (CNC machines, tooling, vacuum systems).
Collaboration with the production team to continuously improve processes and optimize manufacturing methods.

✅ Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) in Production, Mechanical Manufacturing, or equivalent.
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in composite manufacturing.
✅ Experience in lay-up, infusion, and curing processes.
✅ Knowledge of precision machining of composite materials.
✅ Experience interpreting technical drawings and controlling tolerances.
✅ Familiarity with production tools, CNC machines, and tooling.
✅ Team management fundamentals (prior experience valued).
✅ Functional knowledge of production planning and methods/procedures (intermediate level).
✅ Advanced English proficiency.
✅ Availability to work on-site in León.
