In this role, you’ll help shape the future of tissue and hygiene products for billions of people worldwide. **About You** In this position, you will be responsible for co-developing category management strategies with our client Walmart in Central America, analyzing market, consumer, and shopper trends to generate recommendations that support commercial decision-making and create shared value. This role is part of Arbex’s investment to create new jobs and expand its capacity to produce premium products essential to millions of people worldwide. **We Will Be Unstoppable Together!!** **Key responsibilities include:** * Manage Walmart’s strategic information with full accountability and judgment, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of data and deliverables at every stage of the process. * Serve as Walmart LATAM’s strategic counterpart, operating autonomously and independently to identify opportunities, drive category growth, and generate sustainable value for the client. * Generate actionable insights by analyzing Walmart-owned data sources (Retail Link), supplemented by Nielsen, Dichter\&Neira, Kantar, and shopper and consumer studies, to identify opportunities and support strategic decisions. * Prepare and present comprehensive Business Reviews to the client—covering category progress, results, gaps, and growth opportunities. * Generate actionable insights. Prepare and present Business Reviews to the client with a holistic view of the category: progress, results, gaps, and growth opportunities. * Lead the development and updating of planograms aligned with Walmart’s processes, pilots, and innovations. **To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following qualifications:** * Degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * 8\+ years of experience in **strategic Category Management**, with proven ability to design and execute CATMAN plans based on shopper, consumer, and market insights that drive category growth. Experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) is ideal, particularly in the paper goods sector. * **Strong analytical skills**, with experience using retailer-owned and syndicated data sources (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar, ScanData, Retail Link, or similar) to generate precise, actionable recommendations. * **Senior-level stakeholder management**, with the ability to build trusted relationships with key clients and position yourself as a strategic category partner. * **Proficiency in planogramming tools**, with experience using specialized software such as Blue Yonder, Space Planning, Spaceman, or similar for in-store space design and optimization. * **Knowledge of AI applied to business**, with the ability to incorporate AI tools into data analysis, insight generation, and category process automation. * The base location for this position may be Costa Rica or Guatemala. **Total Rewards** Our people drive everything we achieve, which is why we invest in providing them with what they need to grow and thrive.
