This opportunity is part of **Tunateca**, as a **Waiter/Waitress (20 hours/week)**—the world’s first gastronomic space entirely dedicated to bluefin tuna, both on its menu and in its interior design.
**What will I do?**
The mission of this role is to ensure that each customer enjoys an excellent experience during their visit to Tunateca.
In more detail:
* Setting tables, arranging chairs properly, and preparing all front-of-house service elements.
* Ensuring that tableware, glassware, cutlery, and linens are in optimal condition and fully prepared.
* Welcoming guests and assisting them with seating.
* Attending to guest requests by taking orders accurately and forwarding them to the appropriate service team.
* Advising and informing guests about the menu, and resolving any questions they may have.
* Serving drinks and dishes at the table.
* Supporting inventory control in the storeroom and placing replenishment orders when stock runs low.
