What will you do? * You will connect with people who dream of studying or living abroad, listening to their needs and helping them explore their options. * You will identify those who can truly benefit from our programs and experiences. * You will assess each client’s level of interest and how best we can support them. * You will maintain contact with clients and record all key information in our system to ensure consistent and personalized service. * You will guide clients through their process so they take the next step and enroll in the program best suited to their goals. * You will handle cancellations, apply discounts where appropriate, and coordinate in-person visits to ensure a complete and satisfying experience. You accompany clients from the first call through to enrollment, ensuring every experience aligns with their goals and expectations. * **Note:** This role is fully on-site. Working together in person fosters creativity, spontaneous idea exchange, and stronger team connections—elements we consider essential to success. What we’re looking for in you: * You have lived abroad (studies, work, volunteering, etc.). * You love conversing and know how to build trust. * You are organized, proactive, and results-oriented. * Spanish C2 and minimum English C1 proficiency.
