Summary: Ensure the proper functioning of the blue zone in SALT, provide support and information to users, and resolve daily incidents. Highlights: 1. No prior experience required Grup Mifas is seeking 2 ADER Agents / Blue Zone Controllers for the regulated parking area; your main responsibilities will be **to ensure the proper functioning of the blue zone in SALT**, **to provide support and information to users, and to resolve daily incidents.** **WHAT IS OFFERED? (EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS)** * **Salary:** **€1,227 gross per month** (paid in 12 installments). * **Contract type:** Temporary contract covering a worker's leave of absence. * **Working hours:** Part-time * \*\*Schedule and shifts:\*\* Monday to Saturday. Two days off per week (one fixed day off on Sunday). Public holidays are non-working days. **SCHEDULE:** One week from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (5.5 hours), and the following week from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (5 hours) **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?** * **Monitoring and control:** Supervise vehicles parked in regulated zones in Salt. * **Public assistance:** Inform, guide, and deliver quality service to clients and users of the zone. * **Incident resolution:** Provide support and guidance regarding complaint cancellations and the use of parking meters or mobile applications. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? (PROFILE REQUIREMENTS)** * **Disability Certificate of 33% or higher** (Mandatory requirement) * **Driving license class B.** * **Physical fitness:** Ability to work outdoors on foot, walking long distances during working hours. * **Service orientation:** Strong communication skills, self-control, and ability to manage pressure or potential user complaints in a courteous and assertive manner. * **Languages:** Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish (spoken and written). * **Computer skills:** User-level office software proficiency and basic knowledge of ICT (daily work involves using PDA devices). * **Other:** Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to work as part of a team. No prior experience required.
