You will participate in: * **Research and Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on the latest advances in AI—including machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and AI agents. Understand industry trends and how emerging technologies can be applied within the company. * **AI Capability Development**: Design and build functional prototypes demonstrating AI’s ability to solve specific problems. Work on conceptualizing archetypes—i.e., models or design patterns that can be replicated or adapted to address various problem types. * **Use Case Feasibility Demonstration**: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify potential AI use cases within the company. Develop demonstrations showing how AI can deliver value and solve real-world problems across different business areas. Evaluate the technical feasibility and return on investment of proposed use cases. * **AI Experimentation** * **Development and Programming**: Write high-quality code to develop efficient AI algorithms. Use specialized AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, etc. Implement and fine-tune machine learning models and neural networks. * **Documentation and Presentation**: Thoroughly document development processes and outcomes. Prepare both technical and non-technical presentations to communicate findings and progress to colleagues and stakeholders. **Technologies You’ll Learn:** * Frameworks * AI Libraries **Who Are We Looking For?** * **Students**: Advanced undergraduates or recent graduates in Mathematics, Physics, Telecommunications, or related fields. Specific coursework or specialization in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, STEM, or related disciplines is highly valued. * **English**: Minimum B2 level\. Technical English proficiency is preferred—to read and understand specialized documentation and communicate effectively in a global environment. * **Technical Knowledge**: Data structures and object-oriented programming principles. Familiarity with machine learning theory, deep learning, and statistical modeling. Understanding of version control systems such as Git. * **Proficiency in Specific Applications**: Python, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit\-learn, among others. * **Competencies/Skills**: Ability to analyze and visualize large volumes of data. Aptitude for solving complex problems using AI techniques. Intellectual curiosity and passion for AI technology and continuous learning.
