We seek for a **Creative (Art Director)** obsessed with the craft either offline or digital formats and a design nerd who is constantly curious about design and crafts to keep learning and inspiring the team. * Participate on the creation of campaigns of different characteristics from conceptualization to execution with an integrated team. * Having the possibility open to always propose ideas for any client in the house, participate in open briefs, perform pro\-activities, etc. * Work in a cohesive team in which we are all partners above anything else, and where the common ambition is to share ideas and develop them among all. * Ideation, creation and presentation of integrated campaigns. * Design and execution of online and offline advertising campaigns. * Presentations directly with the clients. * Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Advertising or Audiovisual Communication or Graphic Design / Visual Design OR have previous experience (\+2 years)Knowledge in Adobe suite. * Knowledge and use of AI (for sketches and mockups). * Language: Advanced level of English will be assessed at interview by The Talent Team. * Have a sense of teamwork and want to be part of a group of colleagues who take care of themselves, value themselves and respect each other. * Ease to express creative ideas clearly and concisely. * Understand communication as an integrated “whole” and not as something on / off. * Demonstrable experience creating and designing offline and online campaigns. * High level of involvement, commitment and responsibility. **We think you’re awesome if you:*** We value optimistic, dynamic, and pro\-active person with good communication skills, great capacity for teamwork and being very organized.
