Achieving **€1 billion** in revenue is a challenge we are confident we will overcome through the **collaboration** and **talent** of our people — another success story we will write together. **What are we looking for?** We seek an **ARIS Process Consultant**, experienced in methodological definition and process governance, capable of leading the implementation and evolution of Process Management within the organization. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Define and implement the **Process Management methodology**. * Design the **process architecture** and its implementation in **ARIS**. * Align the organization’s strategy with **Process Management**. * Define and structure **process repositories** (OCCP and Process Offices). * Coordinate **process modeling** projects using the tool. * Design and deliver **training sessions** and workshops on ARIS and Process Governance. * Define and execute **communication plans**. * Coordinate with various departments, roles, and vendors. * Provide **methodological support** to users. * Ensure compliance with **process standards and regulations**. **Requirements** -------------- * Experience in **process management and governance**. * Experience with **ARIS** (modeling, repositories, architecture). * Knowledge of **process methodologies and continuous improvement**. * Ability to coordinate, communicate, and train users. * **Desirable** * Experience in **Process Offices (OCCP)** environments. * Certifications in **BPM, Lean, or similar disciplines**. \#babel **What do we offer?** **Babel, the great way to achieve the success.** Do you want to join an expanding, committed, and innovative team that makes history every day?
