As a leading company in cybersecurity, we aim to strengthen our team with an Agile Scrum Engineer (Intermediate) to participate in strategic projects, driving the adoption, consolidation, and evolution of agile methodologies within multidisciplinary teams operating in complex technological environments. What will you do? * Facilitate the team’s agile ceremonies, including Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. * Ensure proper application of the Scrum framework and promote agile best practices in daily work. * Independently identify, manage, and remove impediments to ensure the team meets its objectives. * Support the team’s agile maturity journey by fostering continuous improvement and collaboration. * Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, stakeholders, and technical teams to maximize value delivery. * Support backlog management and iterative planning using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and similar platforms. * Manage and resolve conflicts within work teams, promoting cohesion and collaborative dynamics. Go ahead — learn about our offer and tell us what you can bring to the team! ✅ University degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related fields. ✅ 2–4 years of experience in agile environments, either as a Scrum Master or actively participating in agile teams. ✅ Practical knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and scaled methodologies like SAFe. ✅ Experience using agile management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar. ✅ Ability to facilitate agile ceremonies in a structured and efficient manner. ✅ Experience identifying and resolving impediments within agile teams. ✅ Basic understanding of agile metrics such as velocity, lead time, and other performance indicators. ✅ Advanced communication, facilitation, and conflict management skills. ✅ Ability to positively influence Product Owners, stakeholders, and work teams. ✅ Continuous improvement mindset, servant leadership, and service orientation. ✅ Adaptability, resilience, and ability to operate effectively in dynamic, changing environments. ✅ B2 level English to participate in meetings and work with technical documentation.
