We want an empathetic, organized, service-oriented individual capable of guiding students throughout their entire academic journey—helping them adapt to the university environment, overcome potential challenges, and achieve their educational goals. We seek professionals who enjoy working with people, building trusting relationships, and actively contributing to enhancing the student experience. **Essential Requirements** * University degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Psychopedagogy, Social Education, Teaching, or related fields. * Experience in academic counseling, educational tutoring, student support, or academic mentoring. * Knowledge of learning methodologies in digital environments. * Strong communication and mentoring skills. * Proficiency with digital tools and educational platforms. * Ability to manage a portfolio of students simultaneously. **Responsibilities** * Support students from enrollment through their entire academic journey. * Facilitate students’ adaptation to online learning methodology and the digital university environment. * Conduct individual follow-up sessions to monitor academic progress and identify potential difficulties. * Early identification of academic risk, demotivation, or dropout situations, proposing timely intervention measures. * Guide students in planning their studies and managing their time effectively. * Resolve queries regarding academic procedures, university services, and support resources. * Serve as the primary contact point between students and various university departments. * Refer inquiries and issues to the appropriate departments when necessary. * Monitor activity, participation, and academic performance indicators. * Record all interventions in corporate tools. * Collaborate with academic departments, faculty, quality assurance, and student support teams to ensure a holistic student experience. * Participate in student retention, loyalty, and experience enhancement initiatives. * Identify opportunities for improvement in academic mentoring processes. * Foster commitment, participation, and a sense of belonging to the university community. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in universities or higher education institutions. * Training in educational coaching, mentoring, or academic counseling. * Familiarity with retention, persistence, or academic success indicators. * Experience in online mentoring or tutoring programs. * Knowledge of learning analytics. **What UTAMED Offers** * Indefinite-term contract. * One day of remote work per week. * Annual gross salary of €18.768 * Flexible working hours. * Intensive Fridays. * Intensive work schedule for two months per year. * Continuous training and professional development. * Participation in an innovative educational project focused on student experience. * A stable project with real growth opportunities. * Gym access and parking space. **Are You Interested?** If you are passionate about supporting people’s development, enjoy helping students achieve their goals, and wish to join a university committed to academic excellence and student experience, we want to meet you!
