The selected candidate for the Warehouse Assistant position will join a dynamic team within the logistics and transportation sector. Main responsibilities focus on daily warehouse operations, ensuring an efficient and safe workflow. This role is essential to maintaining the supply chain, directly contributing to the preparation and distribution of finished products. The work environment is active and requires a proactive and collaborative attitude to meet departmental objectives. The position involves constant interaction with other team members and with managed materials; therefore, attention to detail and commitment to established procedures are essential qualities. The warehouse operates under standards of organization and productivity that the candidate must help maintain and improve. The nature of the work demands physical stamina and the ability to adapt to fluctuations in activity volume, always prioritizing workplace safety. Working hours are full-time, Monday to Friday. The initial contract will be temporary, with the possibility of conversion to an indefinite contract with the company. Salary is set according to the applicable collective bargaining agreement for the sector. The workplace is located in Arroyo de la Encomienda, province of Valladolid. A minimum of one year’s verifiable experience in similar warehouse assistant roles is required. A forklift operator’s license is mandatory for operating machinery such as stackers and front-end loaders. Primary education or equivalent is considered a positive asset. A personal vehicle is required for work-related travel.
