Personnel are needed for the production team at a waste management and recycling plant located in Alcalá de Guadaíra. Main tasks focus on processing lines, where manual and machinery-assisted classification and separation of materials will be carried out. The job includes continuously feeding industrial machinery to ensure uninterrupted operation, as well as monitoring and controlling the operation of compacting presses. Visual inspection of process quality is also required to identify materials that fail to meet established standards. Maintaining order and cleanliness in the assigned area is essential to prevent hazards and comply with the plant’s safety regulations. This position operates within an industrial environment where teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail are highly valued to ensure efficient daily operations. At least one year of verifiable prior experience in industrial settings, assembly-line production, or similar industries is required; experience in the recycling or waste management sector is especially desirable. Full-time availability is mandatory for immediate assignment to a fixed shift, as well as possession of a personal vehicle for autonomous travel to the plant. A proactive attitude, strong commitment to safety regulations, and proven ability to work effectively in a team are sought. The minimum required education level is Primary Education.
