We are seeking an order picker for an industrial warehouse in Málaga. The team, composed of approximately ten operators and a shift supervisor, is responsible for product picking and packaging according to work orders. Electric and manual pallet trucks, RF-enabled PDAs, and packaging guns are used. The environment is a production line setting, characterized by a fast pace but focused on safety and quality. Rotating morning and afternoon shifts are required from Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays during peak season. The position is full-time, and initial training on machinery and IT systems is provided. Adaptability to rapid changes, proactive problem-solving, and commitment to delivery deadlines are highly valued. The work atmosphere is collaborative, and continuous improvement is encouraged. At least one year of proven experience in order picking within warehouses or factories is required. Proficiency in operating both electric and manual pallet trucks, as well as RF devices and PDAs, is mandatory. Ability to work toward targets in production line environments and full availability for rotating morning and afternoon shifts is essential. Minimum educational requirement: Primary Education or High School Diploma. Basic user-level computer skills are required.
