Description
The position involves comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of the private areas within the hotel establishment. Key responsibilities focus on deep cleaning and disinfection of assigned guest rooms and bathrooms on a daily basis, ensuring compliance with the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. This process includes complete linen replacement—such as bed sheets, pillowcases, and towels—as well as systematic restocking of all guest consumables and amenities, including soap, shampoo, and other toiletries. The role requires efficient and meticulous execution of these tasks to prepare rooms for new guests or to ensure current guests’ comfort, directly contributing to a positive guest experience. Additionally, the professional is responsible for maintaining order and cleanliness in internal common areas under their supervision, such as hallways or specific service zones. This work is essential to the accommodation’s daily operations, as a clean and welcoming environment is a fundamental pillar of the hospitality industry. The position operates in a dynamic setting where coordination with other departments—such as reception or maintenance—is frequent, to report incidents or specific room-related needs. The nature of the work demands constant physical activity, personal organization, and exceptional attention to even the smallest details that make a difference in service quality.
