DINING ROOM WAITER/FULL-TIME POSITION

Restaurant located in the **Literary Quarter, central Madrid**, seeks an **experienced dining room waiter/waitress** for a permanent position. We are looking for a person who can operate autonomously in the dining room: **serve tables, take orders, serve correctly, and work with both the daily menu and à la carte service**. Our menu features traditional restaurant dishes, plated. **Restaurant's public opening hours:** * Lunch: from 12:00 to 16:00. * Dinner: from 19:30 to 00:00. **Planned shift distribution:** * Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: both lunch and dinner shifts. * Monday: full day off. * Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: lunch shift only. * Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings: free. The shift schedule **can be discussed and adjusted**. Economic terms will be finalized once the working hours and schedule are definitively agreed upon. **Permanent full-time contract.** We especially seek a person who is **punctual, clean, organized, responsible, and agile**, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team.
