Description

The professional will perform essential tasks within the warehouse, focusing on order preparation in a frozen chamber environment. Main activities include selecting and picking products according to received purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in quantities and item references. The candidate will also be responsible for locating and organizing products within the cold storage area, maintaining an orderly and accessible inventory. Specific equipment such as order pickers and electric pallet trucks will be used—key tools for efficient handling of goods in this logistics environment. Work is carried out during night shifts, requiring adaptation to a specific work pace and to the site's thermal conditions. Organization and meticulousness are critical to ensuring smooth, error-free picking processes, directly contributing to the warehouse’s operational efficiency. This position is fundamental within the supply chain, as correct order preparation directly impacts delivery timelines and end-customer satisfaction. The work environment is dynamic and requires a proactive attitude to resolve routine incidents that may arise during the shift, always prioritizing safety and compliance with established procedures. The offered salary is 10.51 euros per hour for regular shifts, increasing to 12.61 euros per hour for night shifts. Additionally, a cold-work allowance of 200 euros per month is provided. Working hours are from 21:00 to 06:00, Sunday through Friday, with Saturday always off and one additional weekday off on rotation. Immediate hiring is available. Conditions include working in a low-temperature environment; accordingly, mandatory thermal protective equipment will be provided in compliance with applicable regulations. At least two years of demonstrable experience as a warehouse picker, preferably in logistics environments, is required. Prior work experience inside frozen chambers or cold environments is mandatory. A forklift operator license and/or official certification to operate equipment such as order pickers is required. Primary education is valued as a minimum educational foundation. The candidate must be dynamic, highly responsible, and available for immediate hiring.
