Job Summary: We are seeking staff for a restaurant-café in the center of Madrid, focused on customer service, hospitality, and supporting breakfast, lunch, and dinner preparation. Key Highlights: 1. We’re looking for you! **Your responsibilities:** * Customer service in the dining area and on the terrace * Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner * Assisting with food preparation and service setup * Taking payments and managing orders **What we offer:** * **Base salary: €21\.000 gross/year \+ daily tips** * **8-hour workday**, scheduled according to days off (per collective agreement) * **2 days off per week** * **Lunch included during your shift** * Uniform provided by the establishment * **Excellent location**: at Plaza Mayor, with high customer traffic and a stable team Business hours: 9:00 AM – 12:30 AM *At least one split shift per week (morning \+ afternoon)* **Who we are looking for:** * Responsible, dynamic individuals eager to work as part of a team * Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality (attitude is valued above all else) * Intermediate level of English (other languages are a plus) * Immediate availability Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from €21\.000.00/year Benefits: * Professional development support * Meals provided at work * Training for professional certifications * Transportation allowance * Training program * Uniform provided License/Certification: * Food Handling Certificate (Desirable) Work location: On-site employment
