The primary mission of the temporary cashier position is to contribute to customer satisfaction and sales growth while ensuring an excellent shopping experience. The role is responsible for efficient checkout operations, including greeting customers and ensuring smooth workflow. Reliable and efficient payment processing is essential, strictly adhering to established cash handling and merchandise control procedures. Active contribution toward achieving departmental cash register objectives is expected. Furthermore, teamwork is encouraged, aligning with company values and actively participating in daily warehouse and company operations. Previous experience in cashier roles within retail environments is highly desirable, demonstrating speed and high-quality customer service. Knowledge or experience in construction materials is considered a plus. Initiative, motivation, and a genuine drive for self-improvement are required, with clear orientation toward both sales and public service. Candidates must reside in the province of Lleida and have access to personal transportation or public transport to commute to the workplace. A minimum of primary education is required. At least one year of experience in similar positions within retail or large-scale retail establishments is preferred. Experience as a cashier in a retail environment. Experience and/or knowledge of construction materials (highly valued). Experience in retail or large-scale retail establishments. Initiative, motivation, and orientation toward sales and customer service. Residence in the province of the vacancy. Ability to commute to the warehouse via personal vehicle or public transport. Education: Primary education.
