You will have the opportunity to participate in the entire recruitment process and become part of a dynamic, collaborative, and continuously evolving environment. **Main responsibilities:** * Full management of selection processes: from identifying candidate profiles in coordination with department heads, publishing job openings, analyzing and screening resumes, conducting interviews (telephone, in-person, and video calls), to preparing evaluation reports and communicating results to department heads. * Coordination and follow-up of onboarding processes for selected candidates, including preparation of necessary documentation for hiring. * Design and implementation of the *onboarding* process to facilitate new employees’ integration into the organization. * Establishing and maintaining relationships with public entities, government agencies, universities, and higher education training centers to develop collaboration agreements and attract talent. **Position requirements:** * University degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related fields. **Valuable training:** * Specialization programs, master’s degrees, or specific courses in Personnel Selection, Talent Management, Competency-Based Interviews, or Psycholaboral Assessment. * Knowledge of digital recruitment tools and platforms (*ATS*, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.). **What we offer:** * Permanent contract, with long-term stability and career progression. * Full-time schedule: Mon–Thu: 08:00–17:00 / Fri: 08:00–15:00 * Genuine opportunities for professional development and growth within a company undergoing continuous expansion. * Summer intensive schedule, with reduced working hours to support better work-life balance. * Private health insurance at a preferential rate.
