**SPEECH THERAPIST (Pediatric & Adolescent / Afternoon Shift) – Alcobendas (Madrid)** **EKOS Psychology and Speech Therapy** is seeking to hire a **speech therapist** to collaborate in providing therapeutic care primarily to **children and adolescents**. We are a clinic with **over 25 years of experience**, offering professional, approachable, and personalized care. Our size enables us to maintain a flexible work environment, direct communication, professional autonomy, and ease of sharing and collaboration among professionals. Essential Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Speech Therapy. * Registration as a self-employed professional or readiness to register upon commencement of collaboration. * Professional civil liability insurance. * Availability to work **in the afternoon shift, preferably between 16:00 and 20:00**. * Ability to conduct speech therapy assessments, treatment planning, and follow-up. * Skills for working with children, adolescents, and their families. Particularly Valued Experience in speech therapy intervention with children and adolescents, as well as training or experience in: * Language development disorders (LDD). * Articulation and speech difficulties. * Literacy and learning difficulties. * Fluency disorders. * Voice disorders. * Intervention with children diagnosed with ASD and other neurodevelopmental disorders. * Early intervention, neurodevelopment, or pediatric/adolescent intervention. * Coordination with families, educational institutions, and other professionals. * Preparation of assessment and follow-up reports. Profile We Are Seeking We seek a person who is **approachable, responsible, and committed to continuity of treatment**, with strong communication skills when interacting with children and families. We especially value the ability to autonomously manage one’s therapeutic schedule, collaborate effectively with the Psychology team and other professionals, and maintain an attitude of continuous learning and professional updating. Conditions Hiring will be conducted via **professional collaboration as a self-employed speech therapist**. Working hours will be primarily in the afternoon, with the possibility to **start with several days per week and progressively increase commitment based on demand**. The clinic provides the consultation room and necessary resources for conducting sessions, and patients will be primarily referred by EKOS.
