Production planning and task assignment to staff. Quality control of completed work. Management of materials, tools, and machinery. Interpretation of blueprints and project tracking. Supervision of compliance with occupational safety and risk prevention regulations. Incident resolution and continuous improvement of production processes. Interpretation of blueprints and assembly drawings. Final adjustments and finishing work on site. Use of hand and power tools. Quality verification and final finish inspection. ### **Requirements** Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in wood carpentry and team management. Design and development of custom furniture using AutoCAD or similar software. Advanced knowledge of custom furniture and carpentry element manufacturing. Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documentation. Experience operating conventional and CNC machinery. Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Driver's license category B.
