Summary: We are seeking a Vocational Orientation Technician to provide information, guidance, and support during training and employment integration processes. Highlights: 1. Accompaniment throughout the employment integration process At Fundació Intermedia, we are looking for a Vocational Orientation Technician in Lleida to cover a replacement position until end of November. Tasks include providing information, guidance, and support during the training and employment integration process for the target group; individual counseling; tutorial activities; group facilitation; support in implementing the action plan; report writing; and document management. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Experience in the described vocational guidance tasks and with groups at risk of social exclusion is desirable. * Competencies / knowledge: \- University degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, or Psychopedagogy (mandatory). \- Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish, both spoken and written. \- Experience in the described vocational guidance tasks and with groups at risk of social exclusion is desirable. \- Availability to start in August. * Temporary employment contract (4 months) * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary ranging from '2400' to '2500' * Additional relevant information: Long-term replacement contract (until end of November). Start date: August. Salary: 2\.473,05€ gross per month (12 payments). Working hours: 38.5 hours per week
