I love that you’re asking this question (I asked myself the same thing back then):** During your internship, your responsibilities will include: + Supporting standard risk assessments in accordance with internal criteria. + Reviewing technical reports and construction project documentation. + Drafting commercial proposals and offers. + Collaborating with sales teams to monitor operations. + Training on insurance products applied to construction: - All-Risk Construction and Installation Insurance - Ten-Year Liability Insurance for Building Defects - Construction Civil Liability Insurance - External Damage Insurance for Machinery + Participation in team meetings and committees. **By now, you’re probably wondering: “How do I know if I’m a good fit?”** Don’t worry—we’re not looking for someone who knows everything from day one. We’re seeking attitude, eagerness to learn, and motivation to grow within the insurance industry. We need someone with knowledge or academic background related to the **construction sector**: architect, technical architect, surveyor, building engineering, or other engineering disciplines. Additionally… + Analytical skills and attention to detail. + Interest in the insurance industry and risk management. + Curiosity about how construction projects or retail businesses operate. + Willingness to learn technical aspects of the sector. + Proactivity and enthusiasm for learning. **Are you interested?
