Additionally, advanced digital competencies are essential, as much of the role involves document management, administrative tracking, and continuous use of technological tools. **Main Responsibilities:** * Management, execution, and monitoring of training activities. * Organization and control of documentation linked to training files. * Administrative management of courses, participants, and associated documentation. * Updating and maintaining internal databases and records. * Use of digital platforms and technological tools for document tracking and control. * Preparation of reports, summaries, and follow-up documentation. * Coordination with trainees, instructors, and internal teams. * Supervision of compliance with deadlines and administrative requirements. * Document archiving, digitization, and control. **Requirements** * Education in Administration, Pedagogy, Psychology, Training and Employment, or related fields. * Prior experience in training management and coordination or training administration. * Advanced digital competencies and fluent use of computer tools, management platforms, office software, and digital work environments are mandatory. * Experience in intensive document management, archiving, and administrative tracking. * Accustomed to working in dynamic environments with high workloads, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. * Organizational, planning, and detail-oriented skills.
