




Job Summary: The Traffic Operator will manage daily traffic operations, assign vehicles, coordinate routes and drivers, resolve incidents, and liaise with customers and suppliers. Customer service and incident resolution The Traffic Operator in the Department must manage daily traffic operations, vehicle assignment, route and driver coordination and assignment, daily incident resolution, and interactions with customers and suppliers. Primary responsibilities include: * Planning, managing, and monitoring daily traffic operations, allocating internal or subcontracted resources as needed via a dedicated transportation software system. * Management of own fleet and contracting of suppliers * Cost control / Route optimization. Monitoring of loaded kilometers / empty kilometers. * Tracking of goods pickups and deliveries. * Ensuring smooth internal communications and proposing improvements. * Customer service and support for internal collaborators (transportation providers). * Ensuring fulfillment of quality commitments made to customers through service analysis aimed at optimizing time and cost efficiency. * Incident resolution. Remote Work: * No Requirements: * Minimum 2 years’ experience in transport companies handling traffic management * Proficiency in ValenciaPort * Intermediate level of Excel * FP II in Transport and Logistics or equivalent qualification * Possession of a disability certificate of at least 33% is considered an advantage.
