Description

DESCRIPTION *Are you looking for a project where you can truly grow and make an impact with your work?* We are seeking a **Tenders \& Value Proposition Associate** to join Qida’s Public Sector Division, reporting directly to the Division Director. **Who are we?** Founded in 2018, Qida is a fast-growing private and social startup with a clear mission: **to make the socio-healthcare system sustainable**. We achieve this by helping **more people live longer and with higher quality of life at home** (Triple M), reducing avoidable hospitalizations and promoting more preventive, coordinated, human-centered, and patient-focused care. At Qida, **social impact and economic impact go hand in hand**—both are inseparable and both are essential to fulfilling our mission. Today, we are a team of over **300 people in the office and 1\.800 home-based caregivers**, having supported **more than 25\.000 families**. In 2025, we closed a €37M funding round—the largest social-impact round in Spain and Southern Europe. We are leaders in quality (4.8/5\) and technology within our sector. **What would your role be?** Support all tendering activities across the Public Sector Division, acting as the key person responsible for translating Qida’s operations and value proposition into winning technical and economic proposals. You will work closely with territorial leaders and report directly to the Division Director. Your role spans three dimensions: technical drafting of proposals, administrative and economic support for each procedure, and stewardship and continuous improvement of the company’s content library (Golden Standard). Specifically, you will: * **Analyze tender documents and support bid decision-making**: read and synthesize PCAP/PPT documents, identify critical requirements (eligibility criteria, award criteria, thresholds), and, together with each territorial leader, pinpoint key and differentiating elements for each contract. * **Coordinate and execute the administrative component (Envelope A)**: DEUC, declarations of responsibility, eligibility documentation, subcontractor substitution tables, and other formal requirements—ensuring full compliance and adherence to procedural deadlines. * **Draft technical content for tenders (Envelope B)**: adapt Qida’s Golden Standard to each tender document, territory, and contracting authority, clearly, structurally, and persuasively articulating the company’s value proposition. * **Prepare the economic offer and calculations**: build cost and pricing models for each tender, and maintain and improve the division’s calculation tools to ensure agility, transparency, and harmonization across territories. * **Steward and enhance the content library**: keep it up to date, incorporate learnings from each tender, and progressively elevate material quality and reusability. * **Contribute to process scalability**: standardize templates, workflows, and quality criteria, and support the evolution of AI-assisted tendering workflows—so bidding capacity grows without relying on individual effort and can be replicated across new territories and Group companies. * **Collaborate cross-functionally**: with territorial leaders, operational excellence, and the technology product team—ensuring alignment between what is promised in tenders and what is delivered operationally. REQUIREMENTS **What we’re looking for:** We seek a good person who cares that their work has a positive societal impact. * 3\-5 years’ experience preparing public tenders (technical proposal writing and/or administrative management of bids), with ability to move beyond execution to strategic judgment: what to submit, how to position the offer, and at what price. * Demonstrable experience in public procurement procedures (LCSP): reading tender documents, envelope structure, eligibility, and subcontractor substitution. * Experience in social or healthcare services will be highly valued. * Excellent writing and synthesis skills: transforming complex information into clear, structured, and persuasive proposals. * Strong data/KPI analysis capability and advanced Excel proficiency for cost and economic offer modeling. * Analytical business mindset: understanding how technical and economic proposals impact a contract’s P\&L. * Rigorous, organized, detail-oriented individual comfortable managing multiple deadlines and procedures in parallel. * Autonomous and proactive person with high energy aligned with the challenge ahead. * Eagerness to continue growing professionally and personally; openness to a feedback-driven culture. * Ability to prioritize, adapt to change, and manage dynamic environments independently. * Fluent Catalan and Spanish, both spoken and written. English is a plus. * Experience in startups and scale-ups will be positively considered. **Our value proposition is clear:** * Work with good people * Work with good people * Learning and growth * High social impact and purpose in the work we do * Intense and efficient work * Competitive market salary and participation in ESOPs (company stock options) **What we offer:** * Permanent, full-time contract in a growing sector, within a team committed to your professional development. * Membership in the Public Sector Division, reporting directly to the Division Director and working side-by-side daily with the Group’s executive leadership team. * Hybrid work model at our Barcelona (Sarrià) office. * Three weeks of remote work per year, from anywhere you choose. * Regular development sessions with your manager focused on your growth. * Career development plan tailored to your personal and professional growth. * High-quality work environment and membership in a team committed to the values and culture of a social-impact company. * 23 vacation days plus a birthday day off. * Coffee and pizza days in the office. * Payflow tax-advantaged application for meal and transportation expenses, and payroll advances. * Access to medical insurance for you and your family, with exclusive benefits as a member of the Qida Group. * QidaDay and QidaParty: twice a year, we gather to reflect on and celebrate our achievements, goals, and values. **Are you interested?** Apply to this opportunity and help us change the world. At Qida, we champion diversity and building a team that reflects our company’s values. All decisions we make are based on individuals’ competencies and skills. We value your passion for discovery, reinvention, and creation. In line with our commitment to diversity and inclusion, we encourage applications from persons with disabilities. Holding a Unique Disability Certificate (CUD) with a degree equal to or greater than 33% will be positively considered. If you require any accommodation during the selection process, please let us know.
