Job Summary: This role focuses on delivering a distinctive experience for every guest visiting our LEGO® stores, maintaining a clean and visually stimulating environment, and safely managing the stockroom. Key Highlights: 1. Provides an unforgettable experience to every guest in LEGO stores. 2. Ensures a clean, safe, and visually stimulating store environment. 3. Efficiently manages the stockroom and maintains brand standards. Core Responsibilities: • Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times • Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards • Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations • Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to manager • Customer engagement • Use of promotional materials, loyalty programs * Typically, responsible for store operational tasks in duty Applications are reviewed on a continuous basis.
