WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION? Ensure proper management of occupational prevention and workplace well-being at the facility, including monitoring preventive activities, maintaining labor documentation, and coordinating with employees and external service providers—thereby contributing to a safe working environment and compliance with established procedures. To this end, you will be responsible for: Managing and tracking sick leave, return-to-work, and confirmation reports arising from common and occupational contingencies. Managing Corporate Activity Coordination (CAE) and tracking related documentation. Monitoring the use and proper management of personal protective equipment (PPE) by workers. Providing advice and support to plant workers on occupational risk prevention matters. Managing and tracking the training plan, ensuring documentation and records of training activities remain up to date. Coordinating and managing workers’ medical examinations. Participating in the development and updating of the Occupational Risk Prevention Plan. Managing and tracking risk assessments and planning of preventive activities. Identifying hazards and proposing preventive and corrective measures for their control and reduction. Participating in the planning of emergency response and first-aid actions. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Minimum qualification: Higher Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention. Master’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention covering all three specializations. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. An organized, solution-oriented, approachable individual with strong teamwork skills. Ability to manage documentation and track various preventive activities. Residence within the province where the position is located or willingness to commute.
