We are expanding our team by incorporating a **Support Unit Technician**, a key role to continue advancing our mission. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Identify and assess the needs of employees with disabilities as support during selection processes. * Provide guidance on job adaptation and implementation of accessibility measures to promote integration and job stability. * Educate companies about the characteristics of new hires. * Offer guidance and daily task support to employees. * Identify and intervene in potential processes of progressive deterioration among workers. * Prepare welcome and follow-up reports. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure an inclusive work environment. * Perform administrative management tasks related to government agencies. **What do we require?** * Degree in Psychology, Social Education or Social Work. * Previous experience supporting people with disabilities (preferable). * Knowledge of regulations related to disability and labor inclusion. * Proficiency in office software and other digital tools. * Having a disability certificate is desirable. * Prior experience handling procedures with government agencies is desirable. **What do we offer?** * **Stable contract in a growing company.** * **Positive work environment and committed team.** * **Immediate incorporation.** * **Project with real social impact and purpose.** If you are interested in joining a close-knit, committed team with a clear human and social focus, this opportunity is for you!
