For new projects in the **construction sector**, we require a TECHNICAL OFFICE ENGINEER FOR BUILDING PROJECTS in Madrid. Reporting to the Project Director, your main responsibilities will be: **Responsibilities** * Developing technical solutions and improvement proposals to optimize building project execution. * Preparing, reviewing, and updating construction drawings, construction details, and on-site solutions. * Conducting technical analysis of projects, resolving issues, and preparing technical justifications when required. * Providing technical support to site teams, assisting production, setting-out activities, and addressing queries during execution. * Ensuring technical coordination among architecture, structural engineering, MEP installations, design supervision, and other stakeholders involved in the project. * Managing and tracking technical documentation required for approval of construction solutions, materials, and modifications by the client and design supervision. * Maintaining document control and managing drawings to ensure that site documentation remains up-to-date and correctly distributed. * Coordinating and monitoring external consultants and engineering firms, ensuring proper integration across all project disciplines. **Requirements**: * Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), Building Engineering, or equivalent. * Experience in Technical Office roles or in executing building projects. * Knowledge of foundation, reinforced concrete structure, and steel structure design and calculation. * Proficiency in AutoCAD for preparing, reviewing, and interpreting construction and detail drawings. * Experience working in BIM environments using tools such as Revit and Dalux. * Ability to develop, review, and validate technical solutions and basic structural calculations. * Proficiency in reading, interpreting construction drawings, technical documentation, and applicable regulations for building projects. **Location** * MADRID **Offer** * Immediate start * Permanent contract * Salary commensurate with experience
