The selected candidate will be responsible for managing corporate labor affairs, performing tasks typical of the labor department, with support from the tax and accounting departments when necessary. Requirements * Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Human Resources, Labor Relations, Law, or related field. * Prior experience in corporate advisory services (labor, tax, and accounting areas). * Proficiency in A3 software or similar management software. * Familiarity with the RED System, Contrat@, GESCONTRATA, SILTRA, and Delta. * Up-to-date knowledge of labor and tax regulations. * Organized, responsible individual with teamwork capabilities and customer orientation.
