We are looking for a Technical Architect to join our team. Main responsibilities include preparing detailed bids and budgets, as well as all necessary technical documentation. You will also be responsible for tracking proposals submitted to clients and maintaining smooth, professional communication with them throughout construction execution. Proven prior experience in the sector is required. Proficiency in computer tools such as Office, AutoCAD, Presto, and Cype is essential. A degree in Technical Architecture or a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction is highly valued. Additionally, a valid driver’s license is required for travel. This position offers an indefinite contract and the possibility of immediate incorporation. Working hours are full-time, on a split schedule from 08:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 18:00. Remuneration will be determined according to the Construction Collective Agreement of the Principality of Asturias.
