Job Summary: Responsible for leading and coordinating the implementation and operation of cybersecurity solutions, ensuring the protection of systems, infrastructure, and data. Key Highlights: 1. Innovation and continuous improvement in cybersecurity MISSION Depending on the infrastructure security area, responsible for leading, coordinating, and ensuring the correct implementation and operation of cybersecurity technological solutions within the organization. The mission is to guarantee the protection of systems, infrastructure, and data through the appropriate use of security tools, aligning technical execution with corporate policies and business objectives. Acts as a liaison between technical teams, corporate security, vendors, and business units, ensuring the effectiveness and evolution of security capabilities. Additionally, will participate in Transformation Plan projects as Project Manager, IT Lead, or supporting resource. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Technical coordination of security platforms Oversee the implementation, configuration, and evolution of security tools (IAM, PAM, EDR, XDR, etc.). Ensure integration between security solutions and corporate systems. Security operations management Coordinate daily operations of security technologies. Monitor proper functionality, availability, and performance of platforms. Define operational procedures and ensure compliance. Incident and vulnerability management Coordinate resolution of security incidents. Oversee vulnerability management (scanning, prioritization, remediation). Collaborate with the SOC in incident response. Technological evolution and continuous improvement Identify opportunities for improvement in security tools and processes. Lead initiatives for implementation, upgrade, or technology migration. Evaluate new market solutions (cybersecurity innovation). Vendor management Coordinate managed security services. Monitor SLA/KPI compliance. Participate in vendor selection and evaluation processes. Compliance and auditing Ensure compliance with regulations and standards. Participate in technical and regulatory audits. Generate evidence and control documentation. Governance and reporting Prepare technical and executive reports on security status. Define and monitor service indicators (KPIs). Report to security or IT managers. **Desired Experience:** 5 to 10 years of experience. **Previous Experience in:** IT Security / Cybersecurity Coordination of technical areas and managed services System or infrastructure administration Operation of security tools **Required Knowledge:** Bachelor's or Technical Engineering degree or equivalent. Mandatory Access Manager tools such as ADFS, Entra ID, and Red Hat SSO **Advanced administration of platforms and technologies:** Active Directory (AD), LDAP, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Implementation and evolution of IAM/IGA tools (NetIQ, SailPoint, etc.). System and application integration via SSO (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect). Identity synchronization (AD Connect, federation, LDAP synchronizations). Management of hybrid environments (on-premise + cloud). Identity and access security (cloud IAM) Intermediate English proficiency Desirable Advanced administration of PAM solutions. CyberArk. Experience in secret and certificate management. Development and implementation of use cases. Administration and maintenance of tools. Use of tools such as Azure Key Vault or other vaults. Custody, rotation, and control of credentials, certificates, and keys **Experience managing EDR/XDR platforms:** Administration of Trend Micro solutions (Vision One, Apex One, Deep Security or equivalents). Configuration of security policies for endpoints, servers, and cloud workloads.
