About the Role We are looking for a Test Bench Systems Engineer to join the Systems Engineering discipline on a Defense project based onsite in Getafe. Job Responsibilities: * Participate in Verification and Validation activities throughout the V-cycle. * Develop functional specifications from system requirements. * Perform testing on test benches and ground tests. * Validate interfaces and functionalities between systems (software and hardware). * Coordinate and manage tasks with multidisciplinary teams involved in the V&V process. * Carry out troubleshooting, diagnostics, and basic maintenance of test equipment or facilities. * Collaborate in certification processes and preparation of associated documentation. Required Profile: * Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field (university degree mandatory). * Knowledge of control electronics (FRD, ICD). * Experience or familiarity with test benches. * Ability to perform data analysis and generate technical reports. * Experience in requirements-oriented document management and traceability. * Proficiency with tools such as: + DOORS or other requirements management tools + SEAS or equivalent tools + Excel Preferred (not mandatory): * Knowledge of Python for data analysis or test automation. * Familiarity with standards and regulations such as DO-524. * Knowledge of development and modeling tools such as SCADE. * Adaptability to undertake diverse tasks according to project needs. * Motivation and positive attitude to integrate into the team and contribute to project objectives.
