We are seeking to fill the position of Sustainability Manager with specific energy expertise to join our office in Madrid.
**Your responsibilities will include:**
* End\-to\-end monitoring of energy data, ensuring data quality and reliability, identifying improvement opportunities through advanced analytics, and promoting seamless communication with involved teams.
* Energy management of facilities using real\-time monitoring tools such as EMS and BMS.
* Carbon footprint calculation using the GHG Protocol.
* Measurement and verification of project energy savings, as well as advisory support for selecting more energy\-efficient equipment and systems.
* Energy audits.
* ISO 50001 certification\.
* Decarbonization and energy efficiency improvement plans.
* Energy simulations (CEE).
* Sustainability certification schemes related to energy efficiency, such as BREEAM.
* Energy performance for sustainability assessments and indices (GRESB and CDP).
**Requirements:**
* You hold a technical degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or Energy Engineering, with extensive knowledge of building services and regulations (CTE, RITE, REBT, etc.).
* As an energy expert, you possess deep knowledge of eco\-efficiency, energy simulation tools (DesignBuilder, HULC, CYPETHERM), carbon footprint calculation, renewable energies, decarbonization plans (retrofit and investment optimization), and emission compensation and neutrality plans.
* Knowledge of corporate social responsibility concepts linked to energy efficiency, as well as assessment across various ESG standards and indices (GRI, EPRA, PRI, GRESB, CDP, SBTi, etc.) is highly desirable. Familiarity with EU Taxonomy, CRREM, TCFD, SFDR, and access to green financing (including energy savings certificates, NEXTGEN, and green bonds) is also valued.
* You must be organized, methodical, highly proactive, and accustomed to working under tight deadlines. You possess strong digital competencies and the ability to build lasting client relationships while supporting a strong and motivated team. You have proven technical experience and an advanced level of English.
