Answer questions about available services, general hotel information, and amenities. Confirm guest's first and last name and the type of scheduled treatment prior to beginning. Monitor and adhere to the daily schedule throughout the day. Notify service providers of last-minute changes or additions to the schedule and resolve scheduling issues as needed. Promote and sell spa or salon retail services and products. Place orders for additional products, supplies, or equipment. Inspect work areas, instruments, and equipment to ensure they meet company standards. Notify Engineering of spa or salon maintenance and repair needs. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, motivating, and developing employees; serve as a role model. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management. Comply with all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address their service needs; thank them sincerely; assist people with disabilities. Communicate with others using clear and professional language, prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, and answer telephones using appropriate protocols. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals. Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards; develop and implement corrective action plans to improve quality. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors. DESIRABLE SKILLS Education: High school diploma or equivalent certification from a General Educational Development (GED) program. Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
